2008 Swim Team Registration form

Date:  Friday, July 27 for Ages 13-18,  4:15 Warm Up

Saturday, July 28 for Ages 12 & under, 7:00am Warm Up

Eligibility: All swimmers who have competed in 2 dual meets are eligible to swim a maximum of 3 individual events and a relay.

Instructions: 

1. Please respond to this email by Friday, July 20th, with the events each swimmer would like to swim (maximum of 3 individual events).  I've attached the order of events to this email.
2. Indicate whether the swimmer would like to be a participant in a relay.  I will create the relays based on those swimmers and they will be notified.
3. There is an entry fee of $3.00 per individual event and $10.00 ($2.50 each swimmer) for relay events.  Payment will be due on Saturday, July 21st, which will be when everyone will be notified of participation in relays.  Cash or checks made payable to Nina Arakelian should be put in an envelope and handed directly to Nina at the swim meet at Brookhill on the 21st.
4. We are required to supply 4 timers and 2 officials per session.  In the past, we've required all parents/guardians of swimmers in attendance to complete one portion of a session, usually a one-hour block for timers and, because we have so few, a 2 hour block for officials.  As a side note, timers and officials usually get the best view of the pool at this extremely populated meet and officials get their entrance fee waived ($4.00 pp 13 & older).  Please be prepared to fulfill one of these commitments.
